​BIOGRAPHY

I was born and raised in Iran, and moved to the USA for my Ph.D. Afterwards, during my post-docs, I have moved across the globe like many of my colleagues, first to Switzerland, then back to the USA and currently in Switzerland again. Here is a brief overview of my academic trajectory:

  • Feb 2019 - Present:  Senior Research Associate (Maitre-Assistant) at University of Geneva, Switzerland

​Previous Positions: 
  • Feb 2019 - Oct 2019: Associate Scholar at Harvard University, Cambridge, USA
  • Sept 2016 - Feb 2019: Post-doctoral Fellow at Harvard University, Cambridge, USA
  • Oct 2013 - Aug 2016: Tomalla Post-doctoral Fellow at University of Geneva, Switzerland
